Feature Highlight: Alert a Studio Session Attendee
This week, we’re highlighting the Alert Other Studio Session Attendees to a Markup feature!
Need to make another Studio Session attendee aware of a markup you or someone else made on the document? No problem!
Easily send an alert to another Session Attendee: they’ll receive an email with a linked snapshot view of the Marku, including the markup's metadata and a direct link to the Studio Session.
Here's how:
- Join the Session and locate the desired markup.
- Right-click the markup on the document or in the Markups list and go to Alert Attendee > Choose to select the attendee.
Talk about a time-saving feature, right!?

I'll have to try this again. It hasn't worked in the past but things have changed so whatever the problem was may be gone now.

This was my go-to method for a markup that was used as a question/comment to someone on the team! I wanted to be REALLY sure they saw the markup by getting notified! 😅
