Allow users to make files Read-Only in Sessions when the file is added.
When a file in a Session is Read-Only no markups are allowed on that file.
Add a tag or different color in the Session document list to indicate files that are read-only.
Allow users with full control permission of the Session to turn the Read-Only setting on/off without having to remove the file from the Session.
In the Markups Summary tool, include an option to exclude Read-Only files.
