Allow file to be renamed when adding it to a Session or in a Session

Most of the time the pdf file that I need to upload to a Session needs the filename changed. It is really annoying to have to Save As, find a temporary local location to save to, rename the file, add the file to the Session, then clean up the duplicate local files.

Please add a pop up when adding a file to a Session to confirm or edit the filename. This should happen when you right click on a file tab and select the Add to Open Studio Session action.

Users with full control Session permissions should be allowed to rename files in the Session after they are added.
