Source folder option for CSV Markup Summary export

Would be extremely helpful to have the option to save the summary to the same folder that the PDF resides in, and to be able to include this as part of the Config that I have saved. Currently the folder has to be navigated to every time in order to save the Markup Summary to the desired location. Would also be very helpful if Config files could be saved to the profile, so that I don't have to navigate to the config file every time
