User and Subscription Management Ideas

A couple of features we could benefit from as account managers are:

  1. The ability to add subscriptions to our account throughout the subscription term without using a third party. And at the end of the subscription period, allow us to right-size or drop unused licenses. Our BlueBeam purchase experience is painfully slow. It can take days to turn around a subscription. If we could add them ourselves through the portal, it would be very helpful.
  2. Insights into usage. It would help us make actionable decisions if we had insight into how much our users are actually using the product and really helpful if we could see if they were actually utilizing the license level they have assigned to them. It doesn't make sense financially (for us) to purchase licenses for users that do not use the product but a few times a year or that don't utilize the functions of the higher tier of subscription.
