Page Extraction
When running reports weekly, I have to go through and enter in page extraction to generate a report, which is helpful; however, I have many reports that need to be generated, and this can be a time-consuming task.
(Please see attachment.) For instance, if I want to save the report for #345, I know that I can extract page 1081-1091 and that will generate the report for that particular item, etc. This can be a time consuming task if there are many reports to generate. Is there a function in bluebeam that can accommodate this process in a timelier manner?

I don't know if this will help but I tested this and you can select various bookmarks, then switch to thumbnail view and the same pages will be highlighted. Now you can right-click and "extract" those selected pages. A little faster than starting from the thumbnails but it would be nice to "extract" directly from the bookmarks.
