Flattened text not hitting on a CTRL + F search

I am trying to search my document for some text items however I get 0 results found when searching for anything. This issue is only present on my current page. Please see below for an example.

This search returned 0 results even though F3 is located on the page. Anyone have an idea why this may be happening?

Harper, I would try to run OCR, it might help. Click on Document/OCR or CTRL+SHIFT+O.

I can use the image search, though as were all well aware its far less accurate than the text search.
