Add Individual Markup Status in Toolbar

We are using the Markup Status for our workflow markups.

We added the Status in our toolbar.

However, this is still requiring 2 click process to access. Is there a way to have separate toolbar for each status instead as shown below?

This can be done by going to your markup list and right-clicking on the settings bar next to status. Click on "Manage Status" and uncheck the status option you don't want to see. You can make separate profiles if you tend to switch back and forth. One profile will have Backdrafted and the other Backchecked.

Thanks Luke. However, it will not work. You can only add one 'Status' toolbar and it will always contain all the status models.

Edited my response as I misunderstood the request as well.

I remember hearing talk that status short cuts were on their way.

Ah, I misunderstood the request. I thought you only wanted one status in the flyout list.

I can see how this would improve workflow. It would be nice if we could also assign shortcuts to statuses too.

  • Shortcuts for Set Status would be awesome addition. Please add that

Hi @Mario le Roux ! Have you tried using SHIFT + [1-9]?

Status keyboard shortcuts were recently added in Revu 21.2.0.

"To apply a status to a markup, right-click the markup either in the Markups List or on the drawing and select Set Status > Model Name > Status Name. You may also use Shift + [1-9] to apply the first nine statuses available under Set Status."
