While I wait for the influx of new members from the PHX/NorCal bug webinar I thought I'd ask about your experience with making custom hatches and line styles in Bluebeam (the topic of the webinar).
There were some great examples of custom hatches and lines that made a lot of sense for those users. One was a civil office that used hatch patterns to literally say how thick the base was and lines that identified the pipe type and size. And this was all quantifiable for takeoffs. Another user showed how they used them for all the MEP parts but also how they have a great "how-to" sheet in their drawings with samples/standards and instructions on how to use them.
And then there was me, who shared this useless hack. That's right, I made custom "sketchy" lines.
But what are some of your custom work that you've created or use regularly?
