Copy-Paste Issues
What's up ya'll?! Does anyone else have a recurring copy/paste issue where you are not allowed to copy a markup and paste onto a different sheet within the same file? This has only recently appeared. The issue is resolved when I restart my computer but simply restarting bluebeam does not solve the issue. I am on the latest version 21.5 x64 Complete.

Go to your markup bar and multi-select (can just hit "ctrl+a" to select all markups in the bar) right click, add to legend
Re: BlueBeam Cloud for IOS -- how do I even use this thing?
From what I currently understand, this is still a work in progress. You first must be part of a Studio Session (under your .org account) and then you will have very limited markup options to choose from but will be able to view all the pages.
That said, the goal is to make this "web version" as robust as the desktop version. However, they are starting from scratch and have to build functionality into it carefully, so it's taking longer than users like us would like.
It's a shame they killed the iOS version already but there may have been compatibility conflicts that made it necessary.

I use Disable Line Weights a lot but unfortunately it doesn't work on the service layouts - it must be to do with how the linework is produced in the first place I guess.

I guess I always assumed the best practice was to do what you are calling a work around. I haven't even considered letting the stapler try to do it, so I didn't realize it wasn't capable either. I could certainly get behind this change though because it would potentially save a good bit of time and headaches when establishing SOPs for things like naming conventions.

I've made several, and believe it or not, our Production Manager thinks they're a complete waste of time.
If you really want to have fun, create it first in PowerPoint, so much more design options, and then export to PDF.
I think my favourite one is one that I designed in the Star Trek LCARS format.

As far as I know, Adobe's Digital ID is not compatible with Bluebeam. I sometimes have to sign Adobe PDF's that have already been signed by others. Hours of searching have told me that I just have to use a PDF reader that is compatible with Adobe's Digital IDs. I don't remember all the lingo and such, but I remember the point was that I was out of luck with trying to keep myself to just one PDF viewer.
