Re: Stamping PDF docuemnts with Date and Signature
Another thing to remember when stamping your engineer's seal/stamp onto PDF's is to double check what your regulatory body allows in regards to signing/stamping digital documents.
For instance both APEGA & EGBC seem to recommend utilizing Notarius for their digital stamps:

If you look under PRactice Advisor FAQ on the EGBC site (Specifically the 2nd point on sealing documents) reads:
"No, a scanned image of your seal, signature, and date, cannot be applied. However, the image of the seal can be scanned and applied to a document, which is then printed, signed, and dated. The legal requirement is that the signature is live.
For more information on sealing requirements please read the Quality Management Guides."
I believe that you can still utilize Bluebeam for this - the signing registrant for our company manages it so if there's any confusion I can reach out to inquire further details regarding how they have it setup.
Re: "Is there a method to clear all annotations or revert the marked-up files to their original state?"
You may need to open the document in Bluebeam to remove all markups. To do this, open your markup list, select all the markups, and delete them. Then, save the document as a new file. Additionally, flatten the document before saving it. After closing the file, reopen it, and you should have a clean file to work with. Alternatively, you could try opening it with a different profile setting and then reopening the file *Hopefully that helps.

Hi all,
Following the release of Revu 21.6 yesterday, we identified a licensing issue affecting a subset of users. As a result, we have rolled back the 21.6 update and restored the download links for Revu 21.5.
We are actively working on a fix and will redeploy Revu 21.6 after further development and testing. In the meantime, if you are experiencing issues, we recommend reverting to Revu 21.5.

We will provide updates and timelines for the Revu 21.6 update here as soon as they are available.
