BluebeamRevuの社内導入を、主に積算業務にて検討しているのですが
「こんなタブレットを使っている」「この大きさのモニターを使っている」等の
他社様がどのような環境で使用されているかをお聞きしたいです。
現在弊社では現状ノートPC1台と24インチのモニターで、
モニターの大きさを変えるかiPadの導入等を考えております

ご関心をお寄せいただきありがとうございます。私はBluebeamのモバイルアプリを担当しているプロダクトマネージャーのShawnです。
主にデスクで作業される場合は、PC版のRevuやWebアプリのご利用が最適です。一方、デスクを離れて作業される場合は、iPadやiPhone向けのネイティブiOSアプリ（Bluebeam Cloud）や、Microsoft SurfaceなどのポータブルPCをご利用いただけます。
Bluebeam Cloudは、現場での利用を前提としたオフラインファーストのアプリとして、一から設計されています。デスクトップアプリの機能をそのまま再現するのではなく、現場環境でも安定して使え、作業に集中できることを重視しています。
1月には、モバイルユーザーが現場で測定を行えるアップデートをリリース予定です。長さ、面積、ポリライン、カウントの各測定に加え、ページスケールの設定にも対応します。現場で作成した測定情報はオフィスに共有でき、Revuでファイルを開いて積算作業や見積作成を続けることが可能です。
私は建築設計の職能なので普通より多いかもしれません。担当業務によると思います。。。
① ノートパソコン：HP ZBook Fury 15 G7 Mobile Workstation：Revu利用
② 24インチモニター × 2台
③ iPad Pro 11インチ：Cloud利用、iPadは外出時の図面チェックに利用
プラントエンジニアリング会社にて、P&ID図面などのマークアップに主に使用しています。主に使用しているハードウェアは以下になります。 ①ノートパソコン Lenovo ThinkPad ②27インチ 4Kモニター × 2台 現場作業用として、一部でiPadも使用していますがiPadではBluebeamは使用しておらず、他社製のメモアプリを各自でインストールして使っています。 弊社でBluebeam導入時に、どんなハードウェアを導入するかいろいろな議論があり、候補に挙がったのがMicrosoft SurfaceのノートPC、およびSurface Studio 2 で、Surface Studio2は実際に20台程導入しました。 導入前は紙の図面にペンで手書きでコメントを書き入れるという業務スタイルだったため、Bluebeam導入直後はやはり画面上に手書きするユーザもいたのですが、今ではマウス+キーボード+Bluebeamのマークアップ機能が主流になり、Surface Studioはほとんど使われていない、という状況です。 P&IDの場合、図面全体を見渡したいため、モニターを4Kにすることで紙と同等の画質で図面全体をチェックすることができています。
ペン入力か、キーボード入力か、論争ありますよね。弊社の人たちは、使いだす前ペン入力を重視する人が多かったですが、使いだした後はデスクワーク時キーボード入力をしています。効率的ですからね。現場にいるときは、そうはいかないのでiPadです。使い分けしています。
弊社でも現在「大きな画面でやりたい」・「ペン入力したい」・「ほかの業務にも使えるからiPadが欲しい」等々様々な意見が出ております
結局は使い分けだと思いますが、どちらも何台かお試しで導入してみるのもよいかなと思います。
