I have a client that would like to use the functions and features found in the Prime Portal.
Namely reactivating a finished Session.
Is this in the org. admin. portal?
If so how is it accessed?
Thank you
Vinnie Stamato
Hi @Vinnie .
Is this related to Bluebeam Cloud?
Asking because I am unfamiliar with this *portal* nomenclature.
I spend all my time in the Desktop version.
The Bluebeam Prime Portal is a BB admin site that retains the details of current, archived and finished Studio Sessions and Projects.
It's end of life is December 2025 and my question is how much will the Revu 21 subscription management portal handle this function.
I work for a reseller and my clients are asking about this.

We are currently reviewing our licenses and find that we lack the necessary functionality to scale up or even maintain our current number of licenses. We would like to see functionality for creating and managing templates for control plans, commissioning protocols, checklists, and similar field documentation, with results…
I hope that is what the feature is called that I am referencing. I have used Blue Beam now for a couple years. I have always used the Line and Polyline tools when drawing things, especially overlays to buildings where I want to keep nice straight lines. In the past, I could select the tool, let's use Polyline: if I held…
Is there an easy way to create a hyperlink from a sheet number, such as C-400, that jumps directly to another sheet (for example, C-500), and then have C-500 include a link back to C-400?
We have been asked to upgrade a community hall that was built in 1935 It needs new scissor trusses to replace the old sagging rafters. How do I calculate the pitch?. The drawing is to scale at 1/4" - ft Thanks Murray
I recently discovered a bluebeam file which included lines with line style to suit different type of steel sections. The way the line style worked is that if the the page was 1:10 scale and the line weight was 1.0, the line style would produce a side on profile of a given steel I beam to scale. I thought this simplified…
I erased one digit of the original pdf. Then added one character in text box over the erased area. Color is black. When I print, the character prints gray. And it looks gray in my "recents". (see "5" below) Anyone have a clue why?
Following on from a discussion that I was having with someone the other day, how many of you use a custom profile? And, more importantly from my point of view, how many of you use multiple profiles? I have many profiles - different trades, several for measuring groundworks (civil engineering) alone, etc.. I thought many…
