Is it possible to insert a pdf image onto another pdf?
I don't believe there is an "insert" function for pdf's where you can link/place an image, at least yet.
As a workaround for now, you can always open the pdf you want to insert, Snip the image (G) and and the paste it where you'd like in the existing PDF.
Yes. Here are three ways to add images to a PDF.
Notes: The Image Tool will bring the selected image into the body of the PDF where it can be resized, cropped, etc.. The Capture Tool attaches the image to the markup and cannot be resized. (see image below for capture icon)

Yes, Darbie's solution worked!
bcostlow's solution only seems to work inserting a JPEG, and I am inserting a PDF.
Switch to the thumbnail view in your side panel.
Right Click in that panel and select Insert Pages.
Follow the dialog box to "Add" , modify the Options as desired, and set where you want to insert the PDF.
My bad @William Kleinschmidt - I saw image and skipped the detail that you wanted to add the PDF image. There are so many ways to skin this cat. Here is another way to add the PDF image.
If you have the source PDF open, you can go to the Thumbnails panel, Select the Page(s) you want to copy, Right-click, select Copy Pages (if you want to insert a page into the receiving PDF) or Copy Pages to Snapshot (if you want to insert the page as an image into the receiving PDF).
