Hi,
How easy is to learn Bluebeam, how long would it take to learn the basics and be able to perform common tasks?
What's the benefit of handling this software?
Thanks,
Bluebeam is easy to learn the basics and the more powerful tools are not hard to learn either, but they do need to be used frequently to remember them. But that's true of any software.
Thanks a lot!

I am also a new user, I would say I learned the basics in a few days and even memorized some keyboard shortcuts. Now that I have been using it for about a month, I am starting to learn more in depth uses and trying to find better quicker ways to complete my tasks.
Hello @Gheorghe I am using Bluebeam software since 2015, and when I started to use Bluebeam it was very easy to learn for me to grab the tools and utilize it. I must say this a friendly user software.
It is quite easy to learn. If you are using it frequently, it will take one week to 10 days to learn the basics.
Hey @Gheorghe and others on this thread - I have a recent update from Bluebeam University, which will definitely speed up your learning:

I found this support article, but I don't see the options shown in the screenshot to send to Cloud. At the bottom of the tool set menu I only see Manage Tool Sets, there's no Send Tool Sets to Bluebeam Cloud.
Long post for context: Yesterday I was trying to compare a revised architectural to realize that the floor plan has shifted in both the X and Y, so this morning I did a page snapshot. What I would like to know is, is there a way to snap to a point on the snapshot and move it to a point on the drawing?
I have added our org SharePoint to Bluebeam Cloud (website) and I can see folders as I would expect. When I add my org OneDrive account to Bluebeam Cloud I see OneDrive and PersonalCacheLibrary folders show, if I click on OneDrive, it says "Something went wrong. Please try again." Never works, and I opened a ticket and…
BB crashed and I had added/edited dozens of tools and when I logged back in many of the toolsets were not showing in my profile or in the toolset list (so not hidden). Any ideas? And when I tried importing it said they already existed….
I would like to remove and save approx. 10 pdfs from a studio session to condense the list to the most current files. The process of deleting individual files and saving a local copy is rather tedious. Is there a way to streamline the process?
Reposting this from Peer Support to USBUG: Since upgrading to 21.6.1, it seems I have to rearrange order of the tabs on each BB OPEN. I commonly start with about half a dozen tabs open for a couple of most active projects. I like to have them in order of Project 1 Specs, Project 1 CA Set, Project 1 Revisions, Project 2…
Hi Bluebeam. Isn't it possible for you to make a continuous measurement like the one shown? regards Claus
Introduce a return function in Bluebeam! For example; Let's say there are annotations on the floor plan that have hyperlinks that take you to that annotated elevation and from there you click another annotation marker on the elevations that takes you to that detail and if you want to go back, you either have to remember…
Every Time I load a document, it says this document has a protected scale and won't let me measure anything. Anyone have any suggestions. Thanks
Hi. I've been banging my head against this one for a long time and it seems to be an intended feature. For all of my measurement markups, it seems like I can't add or modify comments. It will only prepopulate the comments field based on what I select to show in caption under properties. In practice what this means for me…
