When receiving a pdf file for the specs or plans on a project, sometimes all of the bookmarks are open. How can I collapse all of the bookmarks at once instead of having to collapse each one at a time? I know that adobe acrobat has this ability.

I created separate sets for my Arch, Struc, Civil, etc. drawings. It helps to have 2-3 open at once. They will open as a tab a the top of the window but only 1 Set is available at a time in the Sets window. Can I have more then one Set open and have is switch as I switch through the main window tabs?

Does layers work with sets? I created a layer on one sheet, then tried adding that layer to another sheet, but it's not available to add. It only has the option to create new.
I am looking to add a layer to do my lineal take offs. Current doc is getting to crowded to see everything.
I need step by step instructions on how to both change the text size in a dimension stream (I have already calibrated the sheet size) In one of my sheets the text size is huge. And in another project the text is not showing at all. I need actual dimensions, I don't want to override what it is.
