I'd really love to see an upgrade for the color processing feature where you could: - Color Process several pages at once. For instance a multi-page PDF - Batch Color process - Extract by colour (for instance just copy the content in a page that has a certain color) - Transform to markup (removes the items in that color and pastes them as a markup instead)
I second color process several pages at once. You can colorize, gray scale, black & white etc. multiple pages, it just makes sense to also modify colors for multiple pages at once.
Totally agree with this. This seems like an obvious feature that should be available.

We are currently working on a new function that will allow for color processing across multiple pages. We are also considering other ways to open this more broadly to batch across multiple PDFs. At least with multiple pages, the user can quickly verify the success and impact of processing by skimming the thumbnails. If we allowed batch, is there any concern that this may open the door to detrimental changes to unintended files?

Personally I try to be very self aware of which files I am currently processing with batch functions. I am sure most of the community is as well. Pretty rare that I hear about accidental processing.
There is always a risk of applying unintended changes on a larger scale when using batch functions. My conclusion is that this specific function is no more risky than any other batch function.
The benefits, on the other hand, are substantial, as it is not uncommon for users to receive files that are not presented in an optimal way.
I think that, as a developer, the focus should be more on the users who benefit from the changes rather than those who might disrupt their workflow, as I imagine that most Bluebeam users know what they are doing when they start using batch functions.
Thanks for the comments. The method we are considering would also allow for some extent of automation using 3rd party tooling. It will be good to have you all take a look at this and provide feedback once it's available. Stay tuned for more info in the coming weeks.
