Why doesn't BB develop an easy procedure for exporting all files from a session to one's hard-drive to facilitate better document retention? As part of our QA process all our reviewed files has to be stored for a period of years after project completion. This forces us to individually save these files to our hard drive. Depending on the project this may entail upwards of 20 files from 1 session. The current process of saving is tedious & time consuming.
I second this suggestion. Bluebeam should include a mass-delete feature where you press a button, check the boxes for docs to be deleted/saved, and are given a dialogue box for "are you sure? and do you want to save it somewhere?"

I agree, we regularly need to download documents for people who can't have access to the session. A few drawings is ok, several hudrends is no longer practical.
The only "easy" option I found is to temporarily close a session and use the finish session prompt to backup documents. Then I reopen the session.
This means nobody has to be connected at this time. Why this option is not available without having to close a session ?
Also, a mass Save/Delete (or save & delete) option, whith a check box would be nice.
