"Keep me signed in" is no longer an option

Can the developers of blue beam please adjust the authentication protocols so that user passwords can be auto populated by browser password managers or alternatively via an authentication application. The need to re-enter a password every seven days to use blue beam is very, very frustrating, especially when considering that the application doesn't auto store the password via a PW manager.

That is a fair ask, and it is not just you running into it. I have had the same seven-day prompt catch me mid-review on site more than once.

From what I dug into, this is not really an app bug so much as a deliberate tightening on Bluebeam's side. They updated the authentication behind BBID a while back, which is also why "Keep me signed in" quietly disappeared from Studio. The "Remember me" option that replaced it only stores your email address for next time, it does not retain the password, so a browser or OS password manager never really gets the chance to autofill the way it would on a normal login form.

The one official route that does support something like single sign on is the Bluebeam Accounts SSO setup, but that is only available to organisations on 10 or more seats, set up by an Org Admin, and it ties login to your company's identity provider rather than a personal password manager. For a solo user or a small team that is not really an option yet.

I would raise this through Bluebeam's official feedback channel rather than leaving it in the community thread alone, posts here do not go straight to the product team. If a few more people flag the same thing it carries more weight. Adding my own vote too, because retyping a password every week with no autofill support is a genuine daily annoyance, not just a one-off niggle.
