Tool: Apply Redactions 🔒

Ever had to share a drawing or document but needed to remove sensitive information first❓

That’s where Apply Redactions comes in.

You can use it to permanently remove things like:
• Client names
• Phone numbers & email addresses
• Pricing or cost information
• Confidential notes
• Other sensitive content

How I use it:

1️⃣ Select Redact and mark the content you want to remove.
2️⃣ Review all the redaction areas carefully.
3️⃣ Use Apply Redactions to permanently remove the selected content.
4️⃣ Save the redacted PDF as a separate file.

⚠️ Important: Simply covering information with a black rectangle is NOT the same as redacting it. The underlying content may still be accessible.
