i just updated from revu basics to core. it says to sign out and sign in and it will be activated but thats not working…any ideas?

please follow this

Close and reopen Revu.
Click your profile or email then check that it shows Core.
If not Sign Out → close Revu → reopen → Sign In.
Check your Bluebeam account to confirm the Core plan is active and assigned.
Still showing Basics? Contact our Bluebeam Support to refresh the subscription.
