I used to be able to convert DWF files to PDF using Stapler, but since I started using a different computer, I can't. I'm using Revu x64 version 21.10 Complete. (Or maybe it's because I updated to Revu 21?)

DWF rides on the AutoCAD converter in Stapler, so having it checked in Settings doesn't mean much without the actual program behind it. Your Bluebeam Administrator screenshot only shows Word,Outlook &Excel no AutoCAD, so my guess is AutoCAD or DWG TrueView just isn't installed on the new machine yet.
Try installing DWG TrueView its free from Autodesk, 64bit to match your Revu, then repair or reinstall Revu so it grabs the plugin. AutoCAD should then show up in Bluebeam Administrator enable it and restart Revu. Nothing wrong on your end, just a setup gap on the new box. I have Autodesk Design Review 2018 installed for viewing DWF files. Should Stapler recognize this program?
My organization prefers Autodesk Design Review over DWG TrueView. I'm not able to get it installed since I do not have admin rights.
