Tool: Reuse
I used to recreate the same markup again and again when I had to place it multiple times on a drawing.
Then I started using Reuse. π
Once I create and format my markup, I can turn on Reuse and keep placing the same markup without going back and selecting the tool every time.

I find this especially useful when I'm working with repetitive:
β’ Equipment symbols
β’ Callouts
β’ Revision clouds
β’ Inspection markups
β’ MEP annotations
β’ Repeated drawing symbols
It looks like a small feature, but when I'm placing hundreds of similar markups, it saves a lot of unnecessary clicks.
One small Bluebeam feature = a much faster workflow. β‘
