Working offline with an IPad and Bluebeam cloud

Looking for some help.

I am part of a studio session, I have made all files available for offline use, when I am connected to the internet everything works great. When I am out in the field without internet every time I go to open a file marked for use offline the app asks me to login, but I can’t as there is no internet. I’m terribly frustrated and wonder how this is supposed to work?

Thanks, @Dhanush Kodi Raj. That’s exactly right.

You do need to be authenticated while you’re online before working in a Studio Session offline. As long as you’ve signed in ahead of time and made the files available offline, you should be able to open the app and get back into the Session without an internet connection.

Studio requires authentication so we can verify who you are and what content you’re authorized to access.

Yeah, this sounds more like an authentication/session issue than an offline file issue.

Before heading into the field, try staying online, signing in, opening the Studio files once, and then testing them in Airplane Mode. If it still asks you to log in, I’d check your Revu/app version and Studio settings.

Definitely frustrating when “available offline” still needs an internet connection 😅
