If i add measurement, it should automatically add ceiling height and give me the volume. i want that to be appear in the comments coloumn as well. how to do that?

Hi Gary,

Yes, this should be possible in Bluebeam using a custom measurement setup and a formula.

You can have the measurement calculate the volume based on the measured area and a predefined ceiling height, then display the calculated volume in the Markups List. We can also configure the Comments/Subject field to show the volume automatically.

The main thing is setting up the custom columns and formula correctly so the calculation updates whenever the measurement changes.
