Offset needs to allow calculation

In the offset command, allow a user to type in either feet and inches, or permit basic math in the cell and have it calculate. For example you need to offset 16'-10", but the command only takes feet or inches and not both, so allow the user to type in either 16'-10" or if set to feet the user can type 16+10/12.

@Josh Gebelein YES! I would love a math feature in the offset field. That would save so much time not having to convert everything in my head first.

One thing that's helped me in the meantime, the offset dropdown has a ft' in" unit option, so you can just type 16'-10" straight into the field instead of switching units back and forth. Not the same as being able to do 16+10/12, but it gets you partway there.
