If I could add one feature to Bluebeam, it would be Voice Access.

Imagine saying:

🔸 "Measure this wall."
🔸 "Place a door count."
🔸 "Apply Approved status."
🔸 "Open Tool Chest."
🔸 "Calibrate the drawing."

No more hunting through menus just speak and get the job done.

Add features to the legend similar to the export to CSV and have te legend be a simple spreadsheet. A dynamic relationship between the markup list and the legend may not be necessary if there is a refresh function to update the legend with edited or added markups.
