Having users on Account see Studio Project Files

I am new to BlueBeam Revu I am administrator

I added files to a studio project on my User Site

How do I share those files to my other users Project Managers

Hey Davenport, hope you are well doing

If the files are already in your Studio Project, you don't need to upload them again. Just add your Project Manager as a member of that Studio Project.

Open the Studio Project, go to Project Settings (or Manage Users), invite the Project Manager using their Bluebeam ID/email, and assign the appropriate permissions (Read Only, Check Out/Check In, or Full Control). Once they're added, they'll be able to access the same files directly from the shared Project.
