Is there always an update around July 1?

The last two years we have had issues with the Bluebeam to EPL integration during the first week of July. Is this always going to be the timing of a Bluebeam update/maintenance? It would be helpful for to know so we can plan ahead. It's been challenging because it is a holiday week and I've been pulled back from vacation two years in a row.
