I’ve been using Bluebeam for a few days on my phone and have tried downloading it on my iPad. Cannot seems to be able to log in once app is installed. Have logged out on my iPhone in case that’s the issue. Have also followed the closed down reinstall app etc but still not working. Anybody any ideas?

I'd first double-check that you're signing in with the same Bluebeam account used on your iPhone. If that doesn't help, try resetting the iPad's default browser/cache and attempt the sign-in again. If it still fails, it may be worth contacting Bluebeam Support, as they can check if it's an account or authentication issue.

We have the same problem. Can log in on phones but not on iPad
