At account creation, when the account already exist as disabled, suggest to re-enable it

In the Org Admin portal, at new account creation, while the account already exists as disabled, it would be helpful if the Org Admin would get better messages than one of these two:

There was a problem processing your request.
Error creating new contact, error duplicate record. Contact already exists.

Best solution to this situation would be a Yes/No message that suggests to re-enable it right away.

I completely agree. A clearer message would save a lot of confusion for Org Admins. If the account already exists but is disabled, a simple prompt like "This user already exists and is currently disabled. Would you like to re-enable the account?" with Yes/No options would make the process much more intuitive.
