Provide a robust and flexible tool that automatically creates bookmarks for text documents (as opposed to drawings). Acrobat Pro provides a tool that does this (imperfectly) using heading styles, and it would be very useful for Bluebeam customers like myself who deal with contracts, manuals, specifications, and many other non-architectural documents. The tool should be able to scan the complete document, select the candidate headings (not dependent on the heading's region/location), then generate the bookmarks. A bonus step would be to create a set of hierarchical bookmarks at the same time.
