Page labels from bookmarks

I have a document with all the pages bookmarked. The bookmarks are in an outline form where most of the bookmarks are indented below a division page. See image. When I use the create page labels from bookmarks, it is not recognizing the indented bookmarks; only the top-level bookmarks are transferred to page labels. I did un-indent a few bookmarks to test this was the issue. Is there a way to have it recognize the indented bookmarks and transfer those to page labels too? Or un-indent, label, then re-indent in batch form instead of each individual page? It would be very cumbersome to do 80 pages individually. Thanks.

I don't have an answer for how to get Revu to recognize the indented bookmarks, but this may be a less painful workaround than moving each page individually - simply click on the first indented bookmark then hold down the shift key and select the last indented bookmark in that section. You can then drag the grouped bookmarks to an non-indented position. This should put them in position to establish the page labels. It's not perfect, but depending on how many indented bookmarks you have it might cut 80 clicks down to 8 to 10.

Another thought would be to refine your workflow for future documents so that you create the page labels before indenting the bookmarks.
