Legend with TOTAL

Question

I am using Revu 21 and have a combination of Polygon Area and Polygon Sketch and Rectange Sketch measurements. All markups share the same Subject, Label, Layer, and Color. In the Markups List, the quantities are accumulated correctly, but the Legend displays separate entries for each polygon type. Is there a way to have the Legend show a single combined total instead of separate lines for Polygon Area, Polygon Sketch, Rectangle Sketch measurements?

Revu is not Excel.

This may work in your scenario, but what if they all weren't the same?

If you want that function, export your markup data to excel and use a GROUPBY function

I would be an advocate of Revu incorporating a basic spreadsheet/table function instead of the Legend function which would have the same sorting and filtering capabilities as export to CSV on the markups panel. It should be dynamic and update as each markup in entered.

This is a good start. With grouping we loose the option of doing a report of the areas and the first icon in the Legend is not a clear key to color/pattern designation. Thank you for the helpful post.
