Report of Users Activity/Non Activity

I really need to be able to see when our users last used the product, we are not set up with Single Sign On as in other License Portals, and so the licenses are not released when a user leaves the company. This would ideally be available for download to enable me to remove the licenses when no longer used. I put a request through however the Support Team are unable to provide a report for me to use.

Marion,

There is a "last login" date stamp that can be viewed when looking at a users data in the licensing portal for Revu 21. There isn't a way to create a report of that information that I'm aware of though. Least not currently.

I strongly endorse Marion's request. The current licence manage process is administratively highly inefficient and falls below what other vendor licencing portals provide

It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.
