I would like to request adding FLIR thermal image fire detection devices to Bluebeam Revu toolsets.
Thermal image fire detection devices are increasingly used in applications such as warehouses, BESS sites, and industrial facilities for early fire detection. However, there are currently no standard symbols for representing these devices or their coverage areas.
Adding toolset items for:
- Fixed thermal cameras
- PTZ thermal cameras
- Detection field of view (FOV)
This would improve drawing consistency, accuracy, and plan reviews.
This enhancement would better align Bluebeam with modern fire detection technologies and support engineers and designers working in this space.
I would be happy to collaborate or provide further input to help define these toolsets and ensure they meet real-world design needs.
