Studio Session Prep
Overview
Standardize a construction drawing set in Bluebeam Revu before opening a Studio Session. Ensures scales are calibrated, every sheet has a consistent label, and the bookmark panel is organized by discipline so collaborators can navigate instantly.
Executes three steps in order:
- Scale Application — Set page scale from each sheet's title block. If multiple different scales are found on a given sheet, the sheet will be flagged, no scale will be applied, and the user will be notified. Viewport application is currently being configured for when multiple scales are present.
- Page Labels — Apply "Sheet Number - Sheet Title" labels
- Discipline Bookmarks — Build a bold-parent / sheet-child bookmark tree grouped by discipline
