I paid my subscription but I'm stuck in read mode and technical support won't contact me.

I have reach out twice to technical support and recieved ticket numbers in the last week, but no one has contacted me. I paid my subscription but can't bet out of read mode.

I have called the tech help phone line a couple times but when I try to leave a call back number it hangs up on me.

HELP!!!!

A couple things to try:

1) Go to app.bluebeam.com and login, your subscription info should be there, make sure your user name is assigned a license.

2) Once you've confirmed your user name has a license, open Revu and click on your user name in the top right corner. It should say Plan: Complete (or whatever level you subscribed to). If it says "Unpaid Collaborator", log out and log back in.

Thanks for the reply? When I log in, it says my subscription is "suspended." However, I paid for it and Bluebeam sent me a receipt and it shows up on my credit card.

Are you able to submit a ticket? Once you do, if you want to provide me with the ticket number I can make sure it gets investigated.
