Overview
Generate a working construction schedule from the active Bluebeam Revu construction document set. Output is a single .xlsx containing:
- WBS hierarchy (phase headers, activities, milestones)
- Working-day durations (Mon–Fri calendar by default)
- Predecessor logic — Finish-to-Start with zero lag, multi-predecessor via
MAX() - Formula-driven Start / Finish dates that recalc when the editable Project Start cell changes
- Weekly Gantt bars rendered via conditional formatting (blue activity, dark-blue phase, red milestone)
- Project info header, legend, and notes
This is a planning baseline — durations are reasonable AEC defaults that the GC and trade subs should validate. The skill is calibrated for vertical building projects (commercial, institutional, mixed-use, terminal/transit). For pure infrastructure (highway, water, deep utility) the discipline mix and activity library will need adjustment.
