Facing issues while installing Bluebeam Revu 21.9

Question

Facing issues while installing Bluebeam Revu 21.9. I am getting the error "The wizard was interrupted before Bluebeam Revu could  be completely installed". I tried installing multiple times, also installed all desktop updates and restarted my desktop, but no luck. I tried with the 21.8 version, but facing same errors.

I'm also having the same issue. This is on a persistent Omnissa (Horizon)VDI

Application installed fine on all other devices.

I downloaded the exe and it installed OCR21 but failed for REVU21

I was able to reinstall REVU20

I stopped our IDS services and it failed with the same error

Tried this, but no luck unfortunately :( Thanks for the suggestion.

Since Bluebeam plugs into other programs from Microsoft and Autodesk, if you have any of those other programs open at time of installation, it can cause these interruptions. I've found I get the best results when installing when no other programs are open.
