Custom Markup Groups/Tool Groups

I use Bluebeam to do takeoff of HVAC ductwork, and I would appreciate the ability to take multiple count tools and group them into a "set" - for example, with one click at an air diffuser, it would count one round plug, one saddle, one length of flexible duct, and one balancing damper. However, when it comes time to order, I need those counts separated out as some are built in house and some are bought from a wholesaler.

Maybe a custom "Source" column with a dropdown with "In-House", Vendor A, Vendor B, ect. Filter or sort by that column.

@b.jackson Custom Columns is the way to go for something like this. However, when you start stacking multiple items into a single markup or grouped tool, you will almost always need to export the data and use Excel to separate those columns properly for ordering and reporting.

Also, you might want to look into Power Query in Excel. It is extremely helpful for cleaning up and separating markup data after exporting from Bluebeam. That said, this is something @Doug McLean @Vince French are way more proficient at than I am , so they may have some better tips on that side.

You can use Spaces to make an assembly.
That way if you when you sort my that Space in the MU list, it will have all of those grouped.
