I am trying to remove a password from a sensitive file. My W2 to be specific. I clicked on Document —> Security, and in that dialog box I click on the Security tab. In the bottom right I click on Change Permissions and there is another dialog box to enter the password again. After I do this the box just closes and nothing happens. Watching a help video on this subject shows that another dialog box should pop up where it is possible to remove the password protection. Why is this happening to me?
