Acting as the owners representative I would like to be able to to walk through our projects with an Ipad in hand, open to our drawings; mark up the drawings, tag the mark up with a picture and description in efforts to issue as a "deficiency report" to the construction team. We would hope to use this to create a site visit reports and clearly depicted action items for the team to complete. is this possible and where would I find this tool?
