Please add an option for a user while in a studio session to be able to turn on a 'ghost' mode where all markups made while that mode is on will disappear after a set period or when they leave the session. This will allow people to make temporary markups such as during a meeting that are not meant to remain as formal notes. They should have the option of being able to select ghost markups and move them to be permanent markups at will.
@Josh Gebelein A possible work around solution for something like a meeting would be to utilize the markup list 'Creation Date'. Sorting by this column groups markups by the day that they were made so you would quickly be able to see all of the recent markups that were created in a meeting.
Yes, well-versed folks can do this. Looking for an option to give the other 95% of users.
I'm wondering if there's greater long-term value in finding a way to teach that 95% about the power of the markups list, than there would be in teaching them how to activate a ghost mode. Not saying a ghost mode is a bad idea; it's more a thought about user learning and maximizing user value.
There is a need to allow temporary markups that will not stay in a session.
