My request is for a mini-window split view command, where you select a view area and that creates a split view that is a small floating view window showing the selected area. This window needs to NOT be set to sync view.
When reading/reviewing documents, I often find myself needing to take a snapshot of things like a legend, keynote list, detail, etc for reference while scrolling around the rest of the page or report and so I can refer to that information. Currently to do this you must split the view, then drag the new view out of the main window and resize it, but that is imperfect; it won't work when sync views is on, and takes multiple steps to arrange. The other way I often do this is to use the Windows snip tool to take a screen grab of the area, but this won't stay on top of bluebeam when you switch back to the pdf and all your screens are full.
