Custom Columns disappear every time I reopen Revu

We use several Custom Columns as part of our Markups List Summary that we export with every project that includes model numbers, model descriptions, spec sheet URLs, etc.

Every time we open Revu, most or all of our Custom Columns are missing and we have to re-import an XML file to add our Custom Columns back. We have tried to "Save to Profile" our Custom Columns but that never seems to save the columns. Please fix this bug or let us know how to resolve this issue so we do not have to do this repetitive re-import process every single day and often multiple times a day.

I have the same problem with one of my custom profiles - just one out of about 15. In order to get over this, I've added a custom button which imports the correct columns using a bit of Java Script. A bit annoying but certainly a lot better than having to go through the manual processing of reimporting the columns.

As much as I would love to learn a new scripint language, JavaScript is only supported at the higher subscription tier and all of our employees have the middle tier. We have been fighting this issue for years now and just assumed one day this bug would have to be fixed, but so far, no joy.

I say JavaScript but it's actually using an inbuilt option. Have you got Script as an option under the Documents menu?

Same is happening to me. I closed and reopened and they came back but didn't work properly. It doesn't seem to be right yet.
