Profiles and Tool Chests

I am working with a team that has 4 Revu users. I would like to know if I could have profiles and tool chests that are on a server that we can all use, while everyone has there own native profiles and tool chests on there machines that they are use too?

You can save tool chests to servers but I believe that means if one team member changes or deletes a tool then this will apply to everyone else as well. However, maybe someone else who does work with 'shared' tool chests will be able to confirm and tell us more about this and whether it is a big issue.
With the teams that I have worked with, a master Tool Chest has been saved to a server and then everyone else has downloaded it. One person is in control of the master Too Chest and updates every couple of weeks as necessary. Other team members just download the Tool Chest again after any changes have been made.
This way, if you export the Markup List, work with custom columns, etc. then hopefully nothing will become 'corrupted'.

Protected scale drawing
