Snapshot tool - keeps using the old snapshot

Snapshot tool - keeps using the old snapshot. When I create a new snapshot and try to paste it, the old one shows up again. Tried saving and closing, no luck. Tried clearing the windows clipboard, then I couldn't even paste. New problem just popped up overnight. Revue 21.6.10194, can't upgrade until it we get the trickle down ok from corporate IT. Any suggestions?

Only similar problem I have had is when I was first using the snapshot feature, I didn't know you had to stay on the page until the blue box flashed. Specific file or all of them?

did a repair and reduced file size, also waiting for the tab across the top to finish doing it's thing when I use the snapshot tool. Seems to be working better now?
