Disabled users don't need a license

Kind feedback to improve the Org Admin portal for those who need to manage many users.

At opening the users list, please show the number of disabled users if there are any. Now, you think you see all users, but you only see your Active users.
For some reason this morning, we had a disabled user who kept her license occupied. That should be impossible. Please add: if user is disabled, then unassign license.
