This morning one of my coworkers opened a file that he has been performing a material takeoff in to find the original PDF content missing. All of his markups are present, but the background PDF content is not visible. He is running Revu 21.8
I opened the file on my machine (Running Revu 21.6) and have the same issue.
I opened an original copy of the file as received from our client with no issues.
We are both able to open other files without any issues.
I confirmed all layers are turned on.
Dimming is turned off.
Turning to the broader Bluebeam Community to see if anyone has seen this before.
We expect to be able to copy the markups from the at issue file and paste them onto a clean copy so not all is lost - but that will take some time.
Any suggestions?
